Embraer reports financials for third quarter of 2012

On October 23rd, 2012, Embraer announced that for the third quarter of 2012 it made a profit of $65.4 million. This is in comparison to the third quarter of 2011 where the company suffered a marginal loss. Net revenue in the third quarter rose 25.7% from a year earlier. US Army issues tender to purchase used ERJ-145 for testing

Rwandair takes delivery of first CRJ-900

The first of two Bombardier CRJ-900 NextGen aircraft was delivered to RwandAir on October 19, 2012. This delivery marks RwandAir as the first operator of a CRJ-900 aircraft in Eastern Africa.
