On February 26th, 2014, Bombardier announced that Abu Dhabi-based Falcon Aviation Services has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire one CS300 aircraft and an additional option on one more aircraft. Falcon Aviation Services operates a fleet of corporate aircraft and it is likely that the CSeries will be configured in a VIP or similar role.
Falcon Aviation Services is the fourth customer in the Middle East that has ordered the CSeries and the 18th operator of the type.
Including the LOI from Falcon Aviation Services, Bombardier has orders and commitments for 447 CSeries aircraft which include firm orders for 201 examples of the type.
