On July 30, 2014, Bombardier announced that an unnamed airline signed a firm purchase agreement for five Q400 NextGen turboprops.
Based on the list price for the Q400, the agreement is valued at approximately $168 million in US dollars.
Bombardier has recorded firm orders for a total of 511 Q400 and Q400 NextGens. Q400 and Q400 NextGens have transported more than 295 million passengers and have logged over 4.7 million flight hours and more than 5 million take-offs and landings.
