Mitsubishi has indicated that it has postponed flight tests for the Mitsubishi Regional Jet from the current plan of these tests occurring before the end of 2013.
The delay will mean that first flight will not occur until the end of 2014 as a result of issues with part specifications with the program’s American and European manufacturers.
As for deliveries of the aircraft, plans for deliveries in the second half of 2015 are still being worked towards. The program holds orders for 325 aircraft on its books.
