On February 9th, 2014, Bombardier announced that Falcon Aviation Services signed a firm purchase agreement for two Q400 NextGens. Including this order from Falcon Aviation Services, Bombardier has recorded firm orders for a total of 486 Q400 and Q400 NextGen aircraft.

On February 3rd, 2014, Bombardier announced that Palma Holding Limited signed a firm agreement for four Q400 NextGen aircraft. The agreement includes options for an additional four Q400 NextGens.
