Elix Aviation acquires three Q400 NextGens

On January 21, 2015, Bombardier announced that leasing company Elix Aviation Capital Limited took assignment of three Q400 NextGen aircraft previously booked by an existing Bombardier customer. Bombardier has booked firm orders for a total of 521 Q400 and Q400 NextGen aircraft.

GECAS orders up to 15 Q400 NextGens

On December 31, 2014, Bombardier announced that lessor GE Capital Aviation Services signed a firm purchase agreement for five Q400 NextGen aircraft and took options on an additional 10 Q400 NextGen aircraft. Including GECAS’s order, Bombardier has booked firm orders for a total of 519 Q400 and Q400 NextGen aircraft.

Macquarie AirFinance signs purchase agreement for 50 CSeries

On September 26, 2014, Bombardier announced that Macquarie AirFinance signed a firm purchase agreement for 40 CS300 aircraft and has taken options on an additional 10 aircraft. Republic Airways removing Q400s from fleet
